What we offer
Three services, each with a clear scope and a fixed fee
Cargion's services cover the main financial needs of transport operations — from routine fleet bookkeeping to quarterly profitability analysis. Each is designed to work on its own or alongside the others.
← Back to homeFocused on transport, structured for clarity
Each service is built around how transport costs actually occur — by vehicle, by route, and by contract. Fixed fees mean no surprises at the end of the month, and the scope of each service is defined clearly before we start. If your needs sit across more than one service, we can discuss a combined arrangement.

Who each service tends to suit
These aren't rigid categories — many clients take more than one service. But if you're trying to work out where to start, this might help narrow it down.
Fleet Bookkeeping
A good starting point for most transport operators — particularly those who currently see costs as a single monthly total and want to understand which vehicles and routes are driving them.
Works well from a single vehicle upward. The per-vehicle fee structure means it scales naturally as fleets grow.
Fuel & Expenses
Most relevant for operators with a meaningful volume of fuel card transactions, maintenance activity, and driver expenses to process each month — typically three or more vehicles in regular operation.
Often taken alongside Fleet Bookkeeping for a complete monthly picture.
Profitability Review
Well suited to operators who are pricing new contracts, reviewing existing ones, or wanting a clearer view of which lanes are actually contributing to the business.
Can be taken as a one-off or on a regular quarterly basis. Works best when combined with ongoing bookkeeping data.
Getting started
Starting with any of these services follows the same straightforward process.
Initial conversation
We talk through your fleet and what you need. No lengthy forms.
Proposal
A clear document covering scope, fee, and how we'll exchange information.
Setup
We establish vehicle codes, cost categories, and a data-sharing process before anything is processed.
Ongoing work
Regular processing and reporting on the agreed schedule, with a consistent contact throughout.
A few common questions
Straightforward answers to things people usually ask before getting started.
Can I take more than one service at once?
Yes. Services 01 and 02 are often taken together, and Service 03 works well alongside either of the others. If you're combining services, we discuss the scope and fee together rather than treating them as entirely separate engagements.
Do fees change if my fleet size changes?
Service 01 is priced per vehicle, so the monthly fee adjusts as vehicles are added or retired. Services 02 and 03 are fixed fees that we'd discuss revising if your operation changes significantly in scope — but day-to-day fluctuations don't trigger a change.
What software or systems do I need?
None on your side beyond the ability to send documents reliably — email works fine for most clients. We discuss the best data-exchange process during setup and adapt it to how you currently manage paperwork, rather than asking you to change your systems.
Is there a minimum contract length?
We ask for a minimum of three months on ongoing services to allow the cost structure to be set up properly and produce meaningful output. The Profitability Review can be taken as a one-off engagement with no ongoing commitment required.
Not sure which service fits your operation?
A short conversation is usually enough to work out what would be most useful. Tell us a little about your fleet and what you're currently missing — we'll give you a straightforward view of where we can help.
